Russian Volume Lashes - 1 day Masterclass - Berkshire

Our Russian Volume training course is for experienced lash artists already qualified in the Beginners Classic technique.This course is also suitable for those who are existing Volume therapists and wish to take another comprehensive course. Designed to provide you with thorough knowledge, skills and technique required to start in this highly lucrative new skill.

What Does The Training Course Cover?

This training course covers comprehensive learning in both theory and practical technique and will give you the skills required in order to feel comfortable and confident with your new Russian Volume application including all the products and tools you will learn to use on the day.
You will learn fan pick up in stages, 2D, 3D to 6D perfecting each one before moving onto the next. Our comprehensive and essential theory will enable you to execute a beautiful and perfect set of Volume lashes your competitors will envy.

What happens during the day of the course?

The trainer will start with small steps in stages, and you will be practicing each stage before moving onto the next. Your trainer will guide you all the way showing you tips and methods to help application.

You do not need to bring anything with you, as all equipment and materials needed for the training day are included, No Hidden Extras, your Training Kit is included in the training course!

On the first day, you will complete a morning filled with important Beginners theory. You will then stop for a lunch break. After Lunch, you will then practice your new skills onto a sponge, and then complete a set onto a training head, including correct application of under eye pads, mapping, choosing the correct lashes etc. This day, is where you will learn how to apply Classic & Hybrid Lashes.

The second day, you will complete another important theory lesson on Fans. You will go through Pro Mades, and practice Classic, Hybrid & Pro Mades on your first live model. When it is practical time, your trainer will demonstrate the treatment procedure for you on your live model, including pre-treatment, choosing the correct lash diameter/curl and length for your chosen model, correct application of under eye pads, isolation and application.

The third and final day, is where you go through Volume application. With all 4 Eyelash Treatments covered and refreshed, you will go ahead with spending the day working on your live model.

The trainer will work closely to you, to keep an eye on your isolation and application and to ensure you feel comfortable and confident. You will go through correct removal of eyelashes and how to end the treatment.

What happens after the course?

At the end of the training course, you will go through a refresher of therapist procedures, client consultation after care, Infills, health & safety, and how to market your brand new lash business!

A short assessment test will be taken on day 3, covering your days training and re applying those important and key facts of eyelash extension and the procedure. You trainer will mark this and give this back to you, going through any questions that you did not understand.

You never leave the training course unless you feel confident enough, once you are ready you will be given your first certificate, a Certificate of Attendance where you will take photos with your trainer and be congratulated for being an amazing student.

Once you leave the training course, you will be required to supply six individual case studies, sent to your trainer who will send feedback on each case study, covering the good points and the areas you need to work on for the next case study. Make sure you wait for feedback, before sending in the next case study.

When you have successfully completed and passed all six case studies, you will be issued with an Accredited Certification (Diploma). You can now use this to get insurance. You will be able to use your new Lash Artist social badges across your social media pages too and join our Private Student Forum!
